Shipping policy

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, although we make every effort to ship them same day when possible.

In unforeseen circumstances eg. Holidays, Transportation strikes or adverse weather conditions dispatch could be longer.

Services

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our international orders. For Europe, delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days while orders to the rest of the world usually arrive within 6-7 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

For UK orders, we use Evri. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days, while Express delivery is available for 1-2 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs

The estimated delivery times for International orders, do not include time spent in customs. Unfortunately, we have no control if customs decide to hold the package for inspection.

Custom Fees

We kindly ask our international customers to be aware that orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes set by your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay Customs Duty Tax/Clearance. 

Before ordering from Al Qamar we strongly recommend to research the customs laws and regulations for your country of residence online or by contacting them directly.

Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the courier, and we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues that may arise during transit. If you experience any difficulties with your delivery, kindly reach out to the courier directly using the tracking information provided. We're here to help with any further inquiries you may have.
