All items on sale will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Kindly provide us with the details and photos of the issue, and our team will promptly work with you to resolve it.
 Please note that the customer must pay for postage when returning items and ensure they request and retain the proof of postage. Once we receive the returned items, we will assess them, if conditions for return are met we will process the refund.
